Level 2 $250.00
Level 1 $350.00

Driver Qualifications:

• 2 years of OTR experience MINIMUM (OF OTR EXPERIENCE)
• Class "A" CDL 
• MUST be able to stay 2 weeks out/2 days off or 3 weeks out, 4 days off
• Clean MVR / PSP (Apps with a violation history approved on a case by case basis)
• NO failed drug tests or SAP programs
• MUST be able to pass DOT Drug Screen, have an up-to-date physical, and background  check
