MQI LLC is expanding and actively hiring Fiber Cable Installation Technicians to join our growing team in the Northeast, Ohio area. This is a hands-on opportunity in a booming industry with competitive weekly pay and room for growth.
š° Pay & Benefits:
*Base salary ranges from $1,500-$2,000 weekly (performance-based) 1099 independent contractor.
*Flexible 6-day work schedule
š§ Job Responsibilities:
*Install, repair, and maintain fiber optic cable systems for residential and commercial customers
*Troubleshoot connectivity issues and perform equipment testing
*Work independently and efficiently to complete daily assignments
*Maintain accurate documentation of installations and repairs
*Provide excellent customer service while representing MQI LLC professionally
ā Requirements:
*Must be 18 years or older
*Must have a reliable truck, van, or SUV capable of transporting equipment, ladder, your own tools.
*Clean background - no felonies
*Fiber installation or related field EXPERIENCE PREFERRED, willing to train!
*Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work flexible hours
