C1 is hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Mansfield, OH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by loading and unloading trucks with care, preventing damage, and ensuring proper placement of items.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Load and unload trucks with precision to protect items from damage.
- Pick, stage, and prepare products for delivery or transfer.
- Clean, repair, wrap, and assemble furniture to ensure it is rental-ready or properly stored.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Tag, store, and relocate items while conducting cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and participate in safety meetings.
- Complete daily warm-ups to promote a safe working environment.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to walk, stand for extended periods, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Weekend shifts may be required based on business needs, so flexibility is key.
