Seeking a dedicated and experienced working Crew Leader for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry, responsible for managing a team of workers, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards. The Crew Leader will play a crucial role in the execution of projects while adhering to set timelines for projects. This is a full-time 1099 position.
Duties
This is a working Lead position that works on timelines and excellence.
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the crew on construction sites.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure that work meets project specifications and standards.
Read and interpret project plans to guide the crew in executing tasks accurately.
Assist in construction estimating and planning to ensure efficient use of resources
Train new crew members on proper procedures, equipment usage, and safety practices.
Skills
Must have a valid Driver's License, a clean driving record. and reliable transportation.
Strong communication skills
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of work quality.

Plumbing
Electric
Door and window installation
Vinyl siding repair and installation
Trim and cabinet installation
Drywall installation and repair
Vinyl flooring and trim installation
