This position involves supporting adults with developmental disabilities in their home and helping them live as independently as possible while treating them with dignity and respect.
Responsibilities include:
● Assisting with daily living activities
● Meal preparation
● Light housekeeping
● Personal care as needed
● Passing medications (if trained/authorized)
● Transportation to appointments and community outings
● Providing companionship and encouragement
● Keeping accurate daily documentation
We’re looking for someone who is:
● Reliable and punctual
● Patient, compassionate, and respectful
● Able to work independently
● Comfortable assisting with personal care
● At least 18 years old
● Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience as a DSP, caregiver, home health aide, STNA, or CNA is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
