All animals born and raised on my farm in Ashland County. Never fed grain, hormones, antibiotics or supplements. Will be butchered by Boliantz on July 30th, and available in mid August. This is 100% grass fed beef. Some people like grass fed for leanness and nutrition, and some people do not. Expect: Beef to have a stronger "herb" flavor that is less mild than store beef; Beef will be leaner; Beef will by dryer and less tender (depending on how you prepare it) due to being less fatty.
