Welcome!! We are currently having a winter special on 30 x 40 x 14 pole buildings. Yost Barns are designed differently than other pole barn companies.
For example, we have 35# roof loads on our trusses, which are designed for a future ceiling without any additional support, this meets and exceeds Ohio Residential Code. The roof will have R-9 insulation, so if you want to heat the barn in the winter, the roof will not drip condensation. It also keeps the barn cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter by 5-7 degrees. The poles will be roughly 4' in the ground and will have anchor pads (to prevent the posts from coming out of the ground- also known as uplift protection). Our post holes are also backfilled with gravel which locks in and will not create a cavity over time due to settling/weather under any concrete that may be poured in the barn in the future. All barns have a vented peak and vented 12" gable and eave overhangs which helps with air circulation and ventilation. Our steel is 28ga (which is thicker than most others) and offers a 40yr pro-rated warranty. Our barns come with painted steel roof and sides with Everlast steel, creating a long-lasting look. All barns we build have engineer stamped plans to prove what we tell you we will build.
With this winter special, your barn will come with one walk door with glass and two rough openings for future overhead doors for 28,750 + freight and tax. We make dreams come true!
