Purebred Cheviot ram lamb, Arrow was born on March 24. The Cheviot breed seems to have great parasite resistance as well as hooves that don't require trimming as much as other breeds in Ohio. That is why I use them for breeding other breeds of sheep. Arrow will make excellent herd sires and will be ready to breed this fall if not earlier. He is $300. Frazier, his sire, makes compact babies that seem to have parasite resistance as lambs. He can be used for breeding of other breeds of sheep that you are looking for this quality.
Purebred Cheviot ewe lamb, Asia, is twin to the ram lamb. She is $350.
